Each day that passes I cannot find any other words that could express the utter sadness and pain I feel inside me right now. I am trying to hold onto the only memory of Dan that helps me numb the nightmares that play over and over in my thoughts. And that is his smile, his gracious and wonderful personality that he radiated to everyone around him. On that day I originally thought Dan was booked elsewhere, but he was one of the first wrestlers to arrive and I was very glad to see him, he even offered to help carry in parts of the ring and helped us set it up. We spoke briefly, and I started to put the card together. I want to everyone to know that Dan was such a special person and that there are too few people in this business like him. The first time I met him I said there was something special about that kid! I booked him for every UCW show that I had a part of. Everyone spoke highly of him; he was a diamond in the ruff. Now I am drained completely talking and hearing about him in the past tense. The last few days I have been trying to think of, WHAT could I possibly say or do for his family and loved ones to console them. I cannot accept the way he passed. I hear people talk about God's Will and how it works in strange ways. THEN WHY DID HE WILL DAN TO HIM IN SUCH A MANNER? IT'S UNFAIR. IT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN THIS WAY!
